So what's with The Magic Pan Cookbook? Does it really exist?

There never was a real Magic Pan Cookbook - there was a book co-authored by Paulette Fono- you can find it on e-bay for under $20 and a book on Crepes by Mabel Hoffman that Magic Pan sold for a couple of years at holiday time. Mabel used similar procedures and her photographs looked like Pan food but no recipes were contributed. That book can also be found on e-bay - even used copies at Amazon.
