The Mendelbaums, fictional owners of the Magic Pan in NY.. Kramer brought what he thought were Cubans to NY in an attempt to start a Cuban cigar business.. Turns out they were not Cubans, they were Dominicans.. When they became restless because of the lack of work, Kramer had to find them jobs.. They started working at The Magic Pan. Their cigar rolling skills were put to use rolling the crepes...
